  • Explorium Capital provides strategic and financial advisory as well as seed financing, to ventures with a focus on mRNA-based genomic and precision medicine, individualized therapeutics, gene therapy & editing, and AI guided synthetic biology.
  • Led by Gad Berdugo who, over the past 35 years, completed more than a dozen strategic partnerships, M&A and licensing deals, and multiple financings for both private and public companies, as well as startup formations. He held senior roles including CBO at Nutcracker Therapeutics and CRISPR pioneer Editas Medicine, Co-founder and CEO of individualized neoantigen cancer therapeutic venture EpiVax Oncology and EIR at Columbia Technology ventures. He also led life sciences equity research at Lazard, Asset Management overseeing $12 billion in investments in life sciences.
  • He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Genflow Biosciences, board member at Allergene AI Therapeutics and strategic advisor to iOncologi. Gad holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Imperial College London, an M.Sc. in Biochemical Engineering from University College London, and an MBA from HEC Paris.
